I was born in 1987 in 's-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, as a son of Martin and José. Later I became the brother of Freek. After a lot of wandering around, I am a citizen of Eindhoven since 2011. I still live there together with my partner Ellen. I enjoy it very much!

I have an academic background in corporate law and business administration; Corporate Law at the University of Utrecht (LLM) and Global Management / Business Administration at the Antwerp Management School (MSc., Cum laude). I also studied Innovation Management and International Marketing at Harvard University. In the meantime I have continuously developed myself further by attending courses during my career.

Over the years, I have become experienced in everything that has to do with (organizational) innovation and improvement, leadership, innovation and coaching. This has made me good at dealing with, shaping of and taking others along in change- and improvement processes. I am able to step into conversations at the right level fast, assess situations and get to the core of challenges, needs and ambitions quickly. This helps to picture and shape the road to positive progress together with stakeholders involved. I use a people- and result-oriented approach and always strive for a a balance based on what is happening today, is needed in the future and what is realistic to aim for. From analysis to strategy, to implementation and execution.

When I'm not working I like to spend time in nature, exercise and to travel the world. It helps me to maintain balance and energy. My passion for traveling has led me to Nepal, Iran, New Zealand, India, the USA, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Australia, Thailand, Cambodia and many more beautiful places. An absolute enrichment of my life, I must say. Carpe Diem!
